Shipping Information
We ship most orders UPS ground and USPS to the Continental U.S. We may choose to use an alternate carrier. Orders with product totals that exceed $75.00 will receive free Standard Ground shipping within the Continental US. Our standard shipping time is 7 to 10 business days from the time the order was placed to when you receive your order.
All shipments must have a street address.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO.
We do not ship internationally.
*Ground shipping rates apply to continental US only. Delivery to HI and AK available through 2nd Day Air and 1 Day Air services only. HI and AK are not eligible for free shipping.
Express Shipments
1 Day Air, 2 Day Air and 3 Day Air services are available. Select your desired shipping method at the time of checkout and shipping charges will automatically be calculated. Next Day Air, 2 Day Air and 3 Day Air are not eligible for the free shipping promotion.
Express shipment orders:
Orders placed after 12:00 pm Pacific Time (Monday – Thursday) will ship the next business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 pm Pacific Time on Friday, all day Saturday, and all day Sunday will ship the following Monday.
Return & Replacements
7 DAY RETURN POLICY
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to setup your return.
- Items returned must be in new, unopened condition in order to receive full credit.
- Items purchased and then used (even once) are not returnable.
- Shipping charges are not refundable; item sold with “Free Shipping” when returned are subject to a minimum shipping charge assessment of $15.99.
- Please package returns to avoid damage in transit.
- For your protection, we recommend you return your package with an insured courier (UPS, Fed Ex, USPS) and retain your receipt.
- Kids Touch Inc. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
PROCEDURE
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please contact us by phone at 888-548-6824 or email us at info@kidstouch.com to receive your RMA # before returning an item. Upon receipt of your RMA#, please clearly write this RMA # on the box containing your return and then ship it to:

All returns will be inspected prior to a credit being issued. We recommend that you fully insure any item(s) that you return to us just to be safe.
CANCELLATIONS
To cancel an order prior to shipping you must contact Kids Touch Inc. during normal business hours 10am – 5pm pacific time. You can reach us by phone at 888-548-6824 or by email at info@kidstouch.com. For orders we are able to cancel prior to shipping, you will receive a confirmation number, for those we cannot, a tracking number will be provided.
